Stuff to know...
Everything you see on this site is handmade by me, Willow Jane, right here in North Bay, Ontario. Fabrics are hand dyed, patterns are my own, and everything is cut and sewn in amongst me doing my best to maintain a balance of work, life, health and happiness. Sometimes I have lots of things pre-made and ready to ship, other times I may need a week or two to get your order in the mail. An email is sent with a tracking number when your order is shipped. I put a lot of love into my work and I want you to love it too! I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have via e-mail, but here are a few common questions I get from time to time...
How do I wash my new underwear?
The fabric has already been washed and shouldn't shrink any more. Ok to go in both the washer and the dryer. Please wash with similar colours for first few washes, just in case there is a bit of excess dye in the fabric.
Is all your underwear naturally dyed?
No. I dye fabric with Procion, a low impact (you can use cold water in the dyeing process), fibre reactive (only works with natural plant fibres) dye. I do collaborations with my friend Wendy who is a natural dyer. Anything not specifically stated as plant dyed, is dyed with the fibre reactive dye.
The size I would like is out of stock, when will you be restocking?
I restock fairly regularly. If a lot of things are out of stock I am probably getting caught up on orders. Bigger restocks and adding of new items or special things are shared on Instagram or you can subscribe to my mailing list You can also send me a back in stock request, and an email gets sent to you when I restock.
Do you do custom orders?
If it's something I already make, or have made in the past...maybe. Feel free to ask I will give you an honest answer. Please don't ask me to make something similar to something someone else is already making. And depending on what else I have going on, custom orders can sometimes take a while.

If you're still unsure, or you don't see your size, please feel free to e-mail me! I am happy to work with you to ensure the best possible fit!
Also, the fabric I use for underwear is very forgiving and many sizes do have some overlap. The "one of each" is a good first purchase to see how the two different styles of the underwear fit.
Can I order more than one size in a set?
Absolutely! Just let me know in the notes section when you place your order, and I'll do my best to make it happen.
