A single pair of HW underwear, and a single pair of the regular rise. Try them out, see which you prefer. Both styles offer full bum coverage, sitting just below the cheeks so things stay in place. The high rise underwear sit on your waist, the regular rise are slightly below the belly button, not a low cut.Colours will depend on what I currently have available. If you have a preference, you can let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.Sizing is based on your hip measurement (the widest part of your hip/bum), and waist measurement. The fabric has a generous stretch, but holds its shape over time (ie the underwear won't get stretched out like some less quality fabrics). No extra elastic is added. Sewn with organic cotton thread.
To give you an idea about sizing, my hip measures 40", and my waist measures 30” and I wear the medium comfortably.  There is some overlap between sizes.
