These are a full coverage underwear. The waistband is slightly higher (but not a high waist), and the back sits under the bum cheeks so fabric stays in place. No extra elastic added. Sewn with organic cotton thread.
Sizing is based on your hip measurement (the widest part of your hip/bum). The fabric has a generous stretch, but holds its shape over time (ie the underwear won't get stretched out like some cheaper fabrics). To give you an idea on sizing, my hip measures 40" and I wear the medium comfortably.

Wash with like colours for first few washes. Can go in the washer, and ok to go in the dryer. Fabric has been pre-shrunk.
